Having had a shoulder operation Anna has been instrumental in ensuring my rehab routine delivered the right results at the right pace - now moving into a sustained programme of resistance and core strength building, the results are brilliant. Anna’s knowledge of physiology is more in keeping with a trained physiotherapist, so she’s a class above any other trainer I’ve ever worked with or observed. Also her English is first class considering it’s her second language. Quite a star.

- Hugely knowledgeable – with a talent for explaining things so it clicks and sticks!
- Full of drive and energy – which is infectious (and required!) for every session
- Always ‘on’ – never tiring of correcting your form if it requires correcting, providing advice outside of sessions or plans for when you’re on holiday etc.
-And generally a really fun and lovely person to be around!
About me:
I was looking for a PT to train at home during my maternity leave- as my usual fitness routine of running and classes wasn’t going to work with a baby in tow, however after training with Anna for the last 3 months I can’t imagine giving her up even when I go back to work! Whilst I considered myself relatively ‘fit’ before – since training with Anna I have become stronger, more toned and so much more knowledgeable- I’m also finally engaging my core properly or the first time in my life 😊

I cannot recommend Anna enough, it will be the best investment you ever make in yourself.

I have been training with Anna for just short of a year. I restarted my training after lockdown as I was keen to re-establish a fitness program and set some fitness goals. I have had a long standing issue with my shoulder after having surgery on it over 3 years ago and was keen to work on strengthening it. Anna has been great at listening and seeing what my shoulder can do and setting manageable exercises in order to work on building it’s strength. I have to say that it definitely feels stronger and more stable. I have amazed myself at what I can do, re lifts and weights. I enjoy each and every session I have with Anna as she is always willing to push me and help me achieve my very best. I reached Anna seeking advice on my fitness routine. I needed some inspirtion and motivational kick and i must say this was exactly what i received. Anna prepared a 8-week programe for me, focusing on posture improvement and core + lower body muscels strengthening. After only few weeks i already noticed great improvement, my abs were were much more visible, and I lost about 2.5 cm (in the waist).

My fitness plan included 3 sessions focusing on different parts of my body. It allowed me to work on my goals without spending all my free time at the gym. Anna gave me a great motivational kick and i am absolutely obsessed with the excercises on the stability ball!

I started the gym with no prior experience in weightlifting or using exercise equipemt, Anna has taught me everything I could possibly need to know to work and and not hurt myself doing it. Every time I worked out with Anna I felt myself making some progress whether that was progress with the training, my recovery speed and I even started enjoying it more. The first few weeks are hard, but everytime I went to the gym Anna would always meet me with a smile and boost my confidence so that I would know that I can reach my goals if I just keep trying. She will push you hard but understands that some days you will be tired and she'll work around it to give you the best workout you can do. Well, the first session is always tough then you demand from yourself more and more! You need to be honest with Anna what you want to change and how much weight you want to lose or which part of your body is weak and need a bit o work out! However, when you get to the point that you can't make it...

I started training with Jay Fit 8 weeks post giving birth. I wanted to go back to shape and most of all feel better. We've agreed on my smart objectives and did the assessment including a posture review, which was my favourite part.
