* 2–3 full-body express workouts each week (45 mins) — in the gym (with minimal equipment) or at home when you’re traveling, so your routine never stops.
* Follow-along mobility session once a week — to keep you moving well, reduce aches, and support recovery.
* Nutrition coaching — no fad diets, just real-life, balanced strategies you can use forever.
* Check-ins every 2 weeks + weekday access to me for support, accountability, and adjustments when life happens.
* Extra educational content so you’re not just following a plan — you’re actually learning how to make this your lifestyle.

Who is this for?
Women of all levels who want structure, accountability, and a smarter way of training. (Not suitable if you’re currently pregnant or in early postnatal recovery — and if you have any health conditions/injuries, check with your GP first and reach out so I can make sure it’s right for you.)
