Activity during and after pregnancy has many benefits, and at every stage of this unique journey I’m happy to support you.

We can work together in person in your comfortable space, in studio or online.

We can also work together via group programs.

When lockdown shut us down at homes in 2020, I decided to use this time wisely and went back to
“school”. I figured there’ll be another Baby boom in a while so demand for personal trainers specialised in pre/postnatal training will be high. I was right.
What I didn’t know, is that it will give me so much joy! Pregnancy is considered an injury so postnatal training is considered to be to be a rehab process. It’s such a privilege to help Moms navigate their recovery. I appreciate every client who trusted me with their health and showed up regardless of how many hours of sleep they had, how demotivated they were or how difficult it was to find a child care for this hour. They all decided to fill their cups first, and it was my job to make sure training will make them happier, more energised and one step closer to a full recovery.
Unfortunately I can’t help everyone in person, but THIS is my way to make up for it.

posture fixer

This programme been on my mind for quite a while now. Personally I didn’t spend much time behind the desk, but I work with many clients who work like this.
Age of my clients stretches from early 20s to 60s however with this particular work pattern I see same issues in all of them. There is solid evidence to back up thesis about gymnastics and stretches improving posture, balance, relieve stress and pains within the populations working at the desk.
As a personal trainer working on the gym floor for almost a decade now, I gained experience and trust of multiple physios with my work
methods when taking over clients who need an extra careful approach.
My mission as a personal trainer is to help people get fit for life, educate them to make informed decisions for themselves and work on sustainable lifestyle choices.

bulletproof dancer

A couple of years back, I decided to dust off my relationship with this part of my life, and reignite the joy that the dance classes used to gave me.
This brought me back in between dancers, that I had a privilege to train over the years. These cooperations reminded me just how high is the risk of injuries for dancers, whom I believe to be a whole other species.
As an ex-dancer I believe to have a great understanding of the aches, pains and struggles related to what professional dancers deal with on
a daily basis. Also, as a personal trainer with almost a decade of experience, I now have the tools to help dancers stay away from these kind of issues.
My mission as a personal trainer is to help people get fit for life, educate them to make informed decisions for themselves and work on sustainable lifestyle choices.
