Hey, I’m Anya

a Polish girl in London on a mission to spread love and joy through movement. I've danced my way through life, but after a detour into the "grown-up" world, I returned to my true passion as a Personal Trainer.

I’m a qualified Nutrition Coach, Pre and Postnatal Specialist, and I create online products to support women at every stage of their feminine journey. I love helping women find balance, embrace their bodies, and understand that fitness isn’t about punishment – it’s about thriving, mind and body.
